Helius Presenter (previously PointeCast Publisher) is a PowerPoint plug-in that automatically converts your PowerPoint XP/2002, 2003 and 2007 presentations into a highly compressed Flash presentation. The Pro version allows you to import and edit audio, import video, and create quizzes and surveys. It's SCORM 1.2 or 2004 compatible.
